*******************************

The dollar is strong again!
At $/£ 1.73 the dollar is back to a level last seen at the end of 2005! An increase in value of almost 20% since the lows of a year ago. Against the euro the current rate of $/€ 1.35 is an increase of 17% from the low earlier this year. All expectations are that this trend will continue making trips to London and Paris ever more affordable.

We need New York properties
We urgently need more New York properties so if you know of a New York property owner with an under-used apartment who would welcome some extra income, do please point them in our direction: http://www.chsnyc.com.

Paris for Foodies
Paris has long had a reputation for good eating, indeed one can choose fare from many markets as well as numerous specialist food shops that are a distant memory in the supermarket-world that most of us inhabit. To help you discover these delights, we have prepared a guide "Paris for Foodies": http://foodies.chsparis.com/

Paris for Lovers
Paris will put a twinkle in the eye of any lover. We have put together a great guide to romantic Paris - so read on and discover! "Romantic Paris" - http://romance.chsparis.com/

London Shows
If you are planning a trip to London and want to see a show, make sure you book well in advance. To find out what's on and to book go to http://www.whatsonstage.com/. Tip: then go to "What's On" and enter your trip dates and in the "Town/County" field put London.

Christmas and New Year
We've already had a surprisingly large number of bookings over the Christmas/New Year. If you are thinking of coming to London, Paris or New York over the festive period remember that the earlier you book the better chance you have of getting your first choice of property! http://www.chsrentals.com

And remember it's not too late to book a pre-Christmas, Thanksgiving, shopping trip .....
