Welcome to our November 2011 newsletter. We've sent it to you either because you've been to our website and signed-up to receive it, or because you've previously enquired about one of our rentals, or because you've stayed with us before.

Coach House Rentals are the leading specialist in short term rentals. We operate in London, where we are a fully accredited member of Visit London - the official visitor organisation for London, Paris, New York and Rome. We list properties ranging from cosy apartments just for 2 to grand mansions that will sleep up to 12. We've been in business since 2001 and done over 3,000 lets.

We send out some 4-6 newsletters a year, approximately every 2 months though it can sometimes be shorter or longer depending on what there is to tell you, covering such topics as: interesting and unusual things to do and see in London, Paris, Rome and New York over the coming months, new or unusual properties that have joined our listings, tips on how to make the most of your visit to London, Paris, Rome and New York, and special deals. Booking for Christmas and New Year is well underway. If you are thinking of coming to London, Paris, Rome or New York over the festive period remember that the earlier you book the better chance you have of getting your first choice of property. So don't delay! Add www.chsrentals.com to your bookmarks now and start checking availability for your particular dates using the links at the top of the "Properties" page on each city site.

As our reputation grows and spreads, demand for our rentals increasingly exceeds supply. We need more properties in London, Paris and New York. Do you know someone with an under-used apartment or house in these cities, who maybe would welcome the additional income we could bring them? If so, do please tell them about us.
